Anyone who is freezing in snowy Japan?
We had a Japanese cooking lesson here today and made hot pot which made our body warm.
・Mizutaki hot pot with salty-lemon flavor (we even made age bag which has mochi inside)
・Sesame dipping sauce
・Creamy udon for after nabe
・Chinese yam (nagaimo) with sour plum dressing
