Humburg, Onigiri,…time to take a field trip?

People usually think “hamburg” is not Japanese food, but yes, we grew up with this and it has been kids’ favorite meal for a long time in the history.

We arranged hamburg in Japanese way mixing gluten to replace bread crumbs so that it would be more tender.

It might be a little late to feel spring in the meal since it was a really warm day, but still it was nice to smell sakura in rice. Our kids will be happy to see these meals in a lunch box.
