field mustard and eringi mushrooms

Ever since I got old enough, I cannot stop loving field mustard. It is bitter but matches with sesame oil very well. Try with beacon, eringi mushrooms, and spring noodle with just simple salt and pepper. You will feel like spring in Japan!!
