Menu
Sanma with sour plum and ginger
Rolled sushi with cucumber and yellow tail
Tofu and wakame seaweed miso soup
Komatsuna with black sesame sauce
Salt koji (for next time)
Even though it was first time for the student to roll sushi, but she did an amazing job! I am very proud of her.
We explored fish world and sushi world. It was delicious sanma from fish market near my house. If you are interested in joining us, please contact me. We are going to prepare osechi for the new year!!
